On 4th April, Taylors University Lakeside Campus organized a Clubs
and Society Day! The event was held at the Grand Hall. There were more than 30
booths set up to recruit members that day.
The Biosciences Club also participated in this event. Posters were
set up on the board to give students a brief idea on what the club is planning
to do for the year, besides the missions and visions of the club!
Many, many people could be seen flocking around in the Grand Hall!
There was also a fun mini contest held that day in our booth where
for each student who joined the Bioscience club, they were given a chance to
guess the number of candies available in a jar. If they managed to guess the
correct number of candies in the jar, they would be given a cute mini cupcake!
It was an interesting day as we met many interesting people and also
as were able to share about the club to students who were not from the School
of Biosciences. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and we hope there will be many
more students joining our club!
